Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
At Blue Serpent, we want you to love your jewelry! You can exchange any items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition. Please take care when trying on items to avoid damaging the metal.
- If a returned item does not comply with these standards, we will contact you directly regarding the issue.
Please note that earrings and studs are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible orders for a different size or product, subject to availability. Please keep in mind:
- Customers are responsible for all associated return costs.
- Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that the requested size or item will be in stock for exchange, nor can we hold items for exchanges. To ensure you successfully receive your new item, we recommend processing and shipping your return to us as soon as possible.
- If we cannot fulfill your exchange request, we will contact you to find a satisfactory outcome.
Refunds
All full-price items (excluding earrings) can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund. Here are some important points:
- Customers are responsible for all associated return costs.
