RETURNS

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
We offer exchanges on all orders within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging and unworn condition. Please be careful when trying items to avoid damaging the metal. For exchanges, please ensure you return everything that came with your piece (packaging, etc.).

If the item being returned does not comply with the above standards, the customer will be contacted directly.

Please note this does not include the purchase of earrings or studs.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on eligible orders for another size or product, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for all associated return costs.

Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. Unfortunately, we also cannot set items aside for exchanges. To ensure you can successfully exchange and receive your new item, we recommend processing and shipping your return to us ASAP.

If we cannot fulfill your exchange request, we will contact you to work out a satisfactory outcome.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.

All full-price items (excluding earrings and studs) can be returned for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all associated return costs.

Funds generally take 3-5 business days to clear back into the original payment method used to place the order. Please contact help@blue-serpent.com for all refund inquiries.
