We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
We allow refunds within 14 days of delivery if the product is unworn, faulty or incorrect items. To start a return, email us at help@blue-serpent.comwith your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Wrap a string around your finger.
Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm.

STRING METHOD
Wrap a piece of string around the base of your finger and mark where the ends meet. Then lay it flat and measure the length. This method is less precise, so avoid using stretchy materials.

- String can stretch.
- Avoid wrapping too tightly.
